    We NEED a way to look at saved games on the Cloud!


    I ran into this first with Mass Effect, but honestly, it applies to all BC games from the 360 as far as I can tell. There is only ONE way to see your 360 data on the cloud through the Xbox One system, and that is by starting a 360 game and accessing the
    360 menu within and choosing "Manage Storage". As it is, this was hard to find for me, but honestly, this should be something we can access from System storage options on the One.

    Help with transfer data

    Greetings, titovarea. If you are primarily concerned with saved games, you might want to consider using Cloud Storage. That way you can play the same saved game on multiple consoles. Take a look at this support article titled "Store

    How to set up Cloud Storage?

    Forgive my ignorance, for I just got XB1 and still getting used to the new system.

    The official set up guide for cloud is written as followed:

    Set up cloud storage for saved games

    To use cloud storage for your saved games, you need:

    • An Xbox Live Gold Membership
    • A console connected to Xbox Live
    • 514 megabytes (MB) of storage space on your console (local cache)
    Step 1: Turn on Cloud Saved Games (for a console)

    1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.
    2. Select Storage, and then select Cloud Saved Games.
    3. Select Enable Cloud Saved Games.
    The thing is, I don't see "Cloud Saved Games"

    Currently, the default drive I'musing is at 50% capacity. Do I need to fill it all the way to access cloud?

    Deleted game data after profile was removed from xbox

    Hello Display,

    Thanks for reaching out the forums. We see you have a question on save data. Unfortunately, when a profile is removed from the 360 if delete profile and items was selected this deletes all save data. There is no way of recovering this as it was saved to
    the console. We recommend enabling cloud save, however you need an Xbox live gold subscription for this also. This way saves are saved to the cloud.

    How do i transfer the info on my 360 to my xbox one

    If you are looking to transfer your game saves you will have to put them in the cloud using Xbox Live Gold. If the Game is backwards compatible then the save will be in the cloud for your Xbox one. There is not a way to transfer the data physically.

    Overwrite My Save Game On Clouds, Can i Restore this ?

    Sorry to hear it. Game saves are stored on both the Cloud and the console. If you accidentally overwrote a save on the Cloud then I'm afraid there is no way to recover it. You'll need to continue from where you are now.
