we need a new report system

There is no new system. Before, if your gamertag was reported, the enforcement team had to waste their time looking at gamertag reports that were mostly fake because someone beat them in an online game. Now, they are able to offload work, have people sort out
which ones actually require their attention, and then they review the actual inappropriate names. This isn't a new system, it's just a new way to work through the reports.

well i have tried that way any you dont get any reply about it so no one gives a *** xbox. i think xbox should have a report system that is not on the console like in here and xbox should let you know what happen so we know as gamers we can play with the
hackers and cheaters.... we need a new reporting system for xbox live

We need a better system to report people. The system that is in place is not effective. We need a way to send videos or pictures as proof as to what these cheaters/hackers are doing.

Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken.

Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made.

You are not given specifics partly to ensure the privacy and safety of the person making the report.

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

That is the issue, with the new system update the external device capture started to glitch.

I have reported it on the Insiders Hub, we may need to wait for an update.

Have you tried switching the capture to the internal storage (temporarily)?
