I have been banned twice for the exact same reason. Firstly why have I been banned for messaging a person who instigated a response on an 18+ game, if an adult can’t handle trash talking then why is he even playing the game. I was banned once for the message
then 3 days later banned fully from online due to the exact same message. We have no method of communication with the Enforcement team and every ban is almost always unnecessary and we have no way of appealing it properly and explain our case. This is something
thousands of users have pleaded for for years and you haven’t listened. It is beyond a joke now.

So I have made a huge mistake and accidentally reported one of my friends as a joke. He has now got a week ban, from the enforcement team. I have spoken to a few people on the live chat, and we have gone through the appeal process and the decision has been
upheld.

I don't understand why the ban cannot be removed because I have informed Xbox it was me & I would like to remove the ban!

I understand you cannot speak to the enforcement team direct, please help?

So yeah the enforcement team is useless, we can't even send a joke message to our friends on Xbox live.

Xbox live was better on Xbox 360 without the enforcement team.

Plus the multiplayer suspension I got is not valid because I have never done anything like "Harassment Abuse And Threats", the enforcement team smokin too much weed

 

It does not matter if the game is 18+. That only means the game can be purchased by someone 18 or older.

All content on xbox live must abide by the terms of service and code of conduct. What you do or say online must be kept "rated E for everyone"

The reason there is no livechat or phone number for the enforcement team is because if there was you would not get to someone anyway as the lines would be full of people spamming them begging to be unbanned.

If someone is harrasing you and you respond with something that breaks the code of conduct then YOU are just as likely to get banned as the other person as you would then BOTH be breaking the rules.
