We Need A Better Xbox enforcement program people r getting reported and banned for no reason

K my lil bro was playing gta 5 for past few days making money all legit woke up one day got a email that he has been perma banned for cheating like really he didnt do nothing maybe someone reported cuz he was good or whatever so i filed a case review explained
etc and they were like we r happy u know etc so was not happy so i forget about its hard to when bought xbox live last month and many games now my 10 year old bro cant play his games and then 4 not even days later a 4 day suspension from xbox live and yet
he still didnt do nothing and got 3 360s 3 reg xbox one and a one s not even opend so the point is we need a better enforcement team and communication cuz i heard similar stuff yes i agree if the person mods or whatever but no we r all legit same as others
plz make this go around as it ruined the kids christmas and spent thousands of dollars

Deer deer enforcement team I need my account paper account back I haven't done nothing to deserve a suspension or a console banned I got faults reported on Xbox for no reason I think it's bull how people get reported for no reason for fault reports please

You do not get banned for no reason.Even if someone does report you, you need to of actually done something against the CoC/ToU to be banned.

Perma bans are not issued lightly so your brother either did something very serious or has been suspended several times before,judging from what you've posted it's because of to many suspensions.

If you've already filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there's nothing else you can do.

Chech https://enforcement.xbox.com for the ban-reason and ways to possibly lift the ban. The enforcement team usually doesn't ban people/consoles for no reason. Either someone reported you or the enforcement team noticed stuff.

There's nothing about bans or any other enforcement actions we at xbox ambassadors can do.

Profanity is not a ban reason on Xbox Live. They most likely reported you for something else.

Also, we don't deal with enforcment on her, you will need to go to
Xbox Enforcement to deal with your ban.

Like M3tal Daz3 said. Xbox enforcement investigates everything thoroughly, That could also mean your ban is from something that happened awhile ago. PS4 may suit you better, but they have similar rules and guidelines when it comes to enforcement. Simply
replying to people who are being offensive can get you both banned, That's why we always tell people to block, report and move on. Sadly there is no way to remove or fast track a ban here. That's all on Xbox Enforcements end.

There's a reason Xbox multiplayer is considered a better experience because of the enforcement rules. If you get messages that you think are not appropriate you should report the user and block as well. If you end up breaking the rules yourself, you will
get banned.
