    im have been having trouble for over 3 years with my account and my dads account my dad basicly had a telkom email (veryold email) that we had on a computer but with time we lost that email and my dad cant remeber the password on xbox or his email how can i
    get the xbox.com password back because theres literly no way i can get into the email telkom cant help me witch the email is registerd to them plz help me its been over 3 years of contacting and having problems to recover this account.......

    account problem

    i cant log onto my profile on xbox.com cause when i set my account up like 3years ago i used a wrong email i meant to use .net but used .com and now i cant get a new password because i dont remember the old one it was really long and cant send to get a
    new password since i used the wrong email and cant change the email because its not mine and wont let me connect to it without the password that i forgot :[ so i made this account to see if i cant fix this problem

    Firstly I would not give accounts out to people it is breaking the TOU.

    if you know the email that the gamertag was changed too I would try to do a password reset under that email because most of the time the old email is still on the account for a password reset link.

    to do a password reset go to "xbox.com/reset"

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with signing in. Are you wanting the password for the email itself or the Microsoft account? If for email itself we cant help with that as it is not a Microsoft domain. Here is a

    guide for lost password     for Microsoft accounts.

    We also recommend
    changing the primary alias     as cant be accessed any longer.
