    Why did I get charged twice for the one year subscription membership in one year?

    I got charged twice in one year for the 12 months subscription,when I already renew my subscription on July,can the Xbox team tell me why is that?

    Secondly I couldn't even play online for the past months. I felt like I've been ripped off by Xbox.

    When you upgrade, you're still charged the full amount. The remaining time on your regular Game Pass would have just been converted to Ultimate and the Ultimate you purchased would be added to that as well.
