    Hi, I have two 7 year-olds who love Minecraft and are so excited to play with others. I'm not sure what's best - to let you know that we are open to new younger Minecraft friends or if we add your kids to our friends list? Clearly this is all new to us
    - we just got the Xbox in June. The boys gamer tags are: thunderteen87 and tylerthompson88.

    Hi, thanks for replying.

    We are definately using the correct version of minecraft on xbox one.

    The other ps4 user/player is logged in to microsoft and has added our gamertag which comes up with the correct avatar etc. But we cant see them / add them or join them. He has also sent invites to play but we haven't received anything.

    Would it be a setting issue?
    It could be, have you tried to see the NAT type? If it is not "Open", that could be what restricts it.
