'We did not find anything' on xbox one console for xbox 360 games

I am also having the same problem. I purchased xbox one gears of war bundle. In ready to install no game is there and if i go to browse all game and pick gears of war 2 or 3 or judgement it shows bundle only and when i click on that it shows 'we did
not find anything'. What to do ?

Can't download the xbox 360 games to xbox one console

I couldn't download the monthly free games for xbox 360 to my xbox one console with my active xbox live gold membership. I had tried via the online web xbox store and my xbox one console.

When i tried to purchase via xbox 360 marketplace and click "Confirm" for my purchase, it will prompt me "Sorry, Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." (URL : Dungeon Siege III)

In my xbox one console, the free games for xbox 360 doesn't appear in the section "Get more with Gold". I tried to search the games in the xbox store in xbox console, the games (Dungeon Siege III) with the xbox 360 bar is appear in the search result, but
after i click inside the game, its showing my "Bundle Only" instead of the Buy button. When i click into the "Bundle only" button, it will prompt me "We did not find anything".

Kindly assist.

What happens is that the promotion that is included with this bundle ended on 31 December 2015, starting this year if you want those games and have to buy them from an Xbox 360 in either digital or directly to disk.

The last year Microsoft sent codes to download this games but at this moment the promo is over :/

Hello there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. When an Xbox 360 console start to shut off unexpectedly, there isn't too much to resolve this issue without a replacement. You did the most important steps by replacing the power supply.

Was the power supply an official Xbox 360 brand, or a third party accessory? Third party power supplies are not recommended as they can cause more issues than they fix. I do understand however, that they can be a little hard to find nowadays.

As for the diagnostics you mentioned, there isn't anything out there officially released from Microsoft that I could find after researching it so we couldn't recommend anything like that.

So will this be something that we will be able to access in the future and maybe even be able to move purchased DLC from the xbox 360 cloud to the xbox one console when the xbox 360 games are fully supported on xbox one?

Or will we just be able to find that game and download the DLC again since that content has been already been purchased for each game?

Avatar Props, just like anything else to do with the Xbox 360 console, is for entertainment purposes and therefore is not "needed" by anyone. Anything to do with an Xbox 360 console is a "want."

Therefore, your question should be "Now I just need to find the reason why I want Avatar Props."

Note that I changed the "we" to "I" since many people will or won't want them for different reasons.
