We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live

in Xbox pc app when I want to play some games or lunch them a error code appears which is 0x87DD0005

my internet is 300 MBPS and my ping is 6 to 9,i also check that Xbox all services are working fine and I didn't find any problem in Xbox S or X its only happening in PC. I also reinstall my windows 10 even I tried different account also I checked my time zone, startup services but this is not working at all.

Please Help Me.

hi, i just happened to update my xbox app on pc

now im getting the error code as said above on the thread

have also tried all of the possible fixes and none seem to work

The official shadow of war twitter page just said that they’re fixing the issue, guess we’ll just have to wait.

Es muy molesto no poder jugar por un error o falla del sistema... Microsoft/Xbox no dicen absolutamente ninguna palabra al respecto. Sigue sin funcionar el juego.

Same problem. I just signed up for Xbox Pass and downloaded Shadows of War. Hadn't even played it yet and I got this same error.
