As previously mentioned by my fellow expert Christian, I would recommend you proceed with reformat in C: drive as it is highly possible that the Microsoft Store and Xbox apps are corrupted on your Windows PC.

Also, according to one of the users who had a similar issue, he was able to fix this by resetting his pc to factory settings.

Kindly make sure to back up your files before proceeding with the reformat.

I tried your way and my computer doesn't have windows powershell pre-installed for some reason, I installed it and even tried command prompt but nothing worked, I head to the link you sent me and I tried every solution, nothing worked. I'm starting to lose hope on playing Xbox games again. Do you have any other ideas or ways?

PS: Now I've also started getting the "There seems to be a problem with your Store Account" error

Thank you for the information. Just for us to isolate the issue, try to sign in your Microsoft account on account.microsoft.com and account.xbox.com to see if it is working.

If it doesn't work, your Xbox App and Microsoft App must have been corrupted. In order to fix this, you need to reformat your C drive then reinstall Xbox app.

Make sure to back up your files before proceeding.

I tried logging in to the links you sent me and both of them were successful. I see the problem being only in the microsoft store and xbox app. Do you still think I should proceed with a reformat of my C drive?

Try to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app and manually update it.

Here's how:

Click start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store again and download Xbox App.
