"We couldn't get your latest saved data"

Here is a short term fix to get past these issues,i have been using this since problems started and it worked every time, 1,Go to settings-network-then "go offline" 2,then restart you xbox 1 then when its back on go into neywork and go back online then start
your game.

I CANT TAKE ANY CREDIT FOR THIS FIX AS IT WAS MR BOB WHO I SAW POST THIS.

 

Thanks for the fix, mine was totally messed up too. All good now.

 

None of these fixes worked for me.

 

I'm having the sync issue as well, just updated this morning. Must remind myself never to opt in for these early programs , this has been a nightmare ...and I miss my old set up. Really enjoyed that friends page with the achievements as a weekly challenge

I had the same issue for 2 days I did what JJBDude48 posted and it worked fine

 

I got a new xbox for the bedroom the other day and this started happening on my downstairs xbox just for fallout 4,

I tried everything under the Sun console reset modem reset i.p. change.

I found my fix go into system setting and change the name of your console I named ours the families surname rebooted and now syncing upstairs and downstairs.

 

i just spoke to someone from microsoft support about this and they said that it is a known issue with the latest update/newdashboard and that they are working on it, its effecting most people who have the preview programme, i have the issue when trying to
get online with minecraft which is a huge pain when i stream it live everyday on twitch, looks like i will have to play another game until the issue is fixed but i doubt we will get any sort of compensation for this. I hope its fixed soon for everyone, u can

Only by an update they will fix this i guess.

 

I'm sorry but the verified answer for me just isn't good enough, if this is a known issue then it should patched/fixed asap, instead of us having to mess around disconnecting and reconnecting every time we want to be able to use our consoles, I really feel
let down by the way Microsoft have once again let us down by releasing something inferior to what we were promised. The should have stuck with the old dashboard until everything was 100% working.
