    microsoft is aware of the issue and is working hard to fix it though it may not show it in their current xbox live status on their support page...you are not the only one experiencing this issue...i myself and dealing with it as well...there is nothing you
    can do but wait it out unfortunately.

    Same problems. I hae done everything suggested including factory reset to no avail. I have left the preview program now this is ridiculous 3 days and counting.

  3. Same issue, talked to a person from MS on the phone and he wasn't even aware of the issue, and nothing we tried worked at all. I really hope they fix this soon.

    I Just got this issue all i can say for sure is that this isnt a issue with my console or network its a problem with microsoft.

    I received a preview update while at work on the 18th November.

    I recognized the problem when I tried to start GTA V.

    Moreover my friends list was stuck with people appearing on/offline that weren't at the time (compared to smartglass).

    I did hard resets, all network checks and nothing helped.

    I removed my gamertag and did a reset and entered my account info again.

    Now I'm stuck with 0gs and 0 friends and no gamerpic in the...

    connectivity that you can check on most issues on the status page of xbox.com? It is located at Xbox.com/status. There you can check the status and any up to date information on most issues.

  7. Many people are having this issues, yet there is nothing about it on the Xbox Live Status page. Very poor from from Microsoft. I can't even unlock achievements on the Xbox One. I have "next-gen" console, yet I am forced to play on my Xbox 360 time and again
    due to connectivity issues.

    Anche io ho lo stesso problema nessuno che ti dica cosa fare solo frustrazione e telefonate inutili...i have the dame trouble no one answer only frustrating calla to the support...i hope they fix it soon

  9. I got booted off of a game I was 1/2 way through to download this latest update, and what do you know, EVERY game that I try and play now comes with the error message 'we couldn't get your latest saved data', so I now have a brand new copy of Star Wars:
    Battlefront that would be more use as a coaster then it would a game, seeing that i cannot get my console to play it. I have tried all the usual fixes and it does absolutely bugger all, so it looks like I am stuck playing my ever reliable 360. As to the person
    above, yes, I checked the status page, as usual it has no update on it, and when you speak to people on the support line or twitter support they act like nothing is the matter. Revert back to the old dashboard which was a lot, lot better, scrap this atrocity
    you keep inflicting on us in the NXOE, and you'll solve the issue.

    1.Go to settings, then network and go to offline mode

    2.Restart console via snap menu

    3.Sign out of any profiles (if instant sign-in is on)

    4.Go to settings, then network and go back to online mode

    5.Open a game

    6.Let the game force you to sign in to your profile

    7.Should be all fixed, enjoy

    THIS WORKED:

    1.Go to settings, then network and go to offline mode

    2.Restart console via snap menu

    3.Sign out of any profiles (if instant sign-in is on)

    4.Go to settings, then network and go back to online mode

    5.Open a game

    6.Let the game force you to sign in to your profile

    7.Should be all fixed, enjoy
