    Yesterday when i tried to play xbox I kept having an error message saying "We couldn't get your latest saved data" when i tried to play a game. I assumed is was an xbox live problem, but today i'm still getting the same message. Apparently its not a problem
    with the servers, because i started downloading an update for halo 5 when i tried playing it, and my friends list works, but i can't play games, can't send or receive messages, and the advertisement things on the right side of the screen aren't there, and
    when i go to the right to Community or OneGuide or Store, it just has empty placeholder squares. I'm in the preview program, is the problem related to that, or something else? I tried restarting and unplugging my xbox, i tried taking out the ethernet connection
    and plugging it back in, i checked multiplayer and internet connection and it all works. Is there something else wrong?

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    Hi

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    Having the same issue here also. So far when I've selected "Play offline", it is still appears to be

    syncing to my previous saves.

    "We couldn't not get your latest saved data" message keeps popping up for me. Not sure if this is the same issue as described in older threads.

    Hope some one can shed some light on this soon.

    I am having the same issue. I downloaded the 17/11 update available to preview members on the 18/11 and since then am recieving this message when I try and play any game. It's weird, because I can still update Halo 5 but cannot sync to the cloud at all.

    Working on same issue. Powered x1 and modem off and on. Removed and re input gamer Id. None of it has worked. Currently moving all games to external drive and then will try reset to default. Good Luck, hope someone figures this out soon.

    I'm not sure if anything I did fixed it or not. After doing a hard restart and removing and re installing my gamer tag account, when the console restarted I had my friends list back but no game info. I then opened my achievements to see if there was any
    info there. When it searched and brought up my achievements it restored all my game data. Then I tried starting a game and that worked as well. I'm not sure if it was something I or Msoft did but X1 is functioning normally.

    same problem says cannot get my game data. tried reseting everything still same problem, checked the connection and mutliplayer connection through xbox says it is all fine which is clearly a lie.... like if something is wrong just say it lol dont lie...
    makes me less and less to continue my 10 year subscription having all these problems after EVERY update i d/l i hadnt played in a week and come on have to instantly d.l a update then now everything is messed up.. as usual this is getting really old

  12. I'm having this issue as well. My home page is running like normal. I am connected to xbox live and everything but when i got to play any games then it says that it can not find the latest save data. Even on netflix it can't sync it. Tried to play destiny
    and I would get an error code vulture, basically saying I am not connected to xbox live. Any other game can't pull my last save and asks to play offline. Netflix included.

    Same as the above issues. I tried all the ALT MAC reset, signing out, going offline, hard resetting my console, etc and nothing worked. I'm not about to delete my profile as this shouldn't be an issue that requires that drastic of a fix. Everything on
    the console checks out fine. I pass all my MP testing checks, and even if I tell YouTube to work in offline, I can stream videos without issue. I can even see people online and their activity feed shows stuff from today in it, but I can't sync my saves which
    is annoying for things like Xbox Fitness that apparently only use the online one. Also can't play any online games at all!

  14. I wont bother typing everything that everyone else already posted. I'm having all the same issues. I have tried all the same things. No luck. I hope this gets fixed quick. It's driving me insane.

    Same issue!! Every *** few weeks this happens with some sort of feature on this system.

    I didn't do anything different than I normally do and just want to play the console that was sold to me so why are THEY messing that up???
