    Dozens of people (including myself) on reddit are reporting this error with various XB1 apps and games. The Xbox Live Status page only reports of an unrelated problem with the Xbox 360.

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    its telling me the same thing when i try to watch a twitch stream since the apps update today on xb1

    Hey there everyone!

    Currently Xbox Live is having some issues including synchronizing of data from the cloud.

    The Xbox teams are currently working on a solution.
