    We couldn't get your latest saved data


    I'm having trouble syncing data for any game that I try to play, which is preventing me from playing online and really playing at all. It tries to sync but ends up showing "We couldn't get your latest saved data"

    Yesterday, I could play any game without an issue but today every game is trying to "sync data" on startup. I've tried numerous things after a few quick google searches but i am still unable to play because it continues to endlessly sync data. So after
    multiple attempts and no success, I'm looking for any advice for fixing this issue.

    Troubleshooting methods i have tried:

    Hard Reset

    Going "offline" and doing a hard reset

    Clearing local game saves

    Deleting my profile and reloading it

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.
