    WE COULDN'T GET YOUR LATEST SAVED DATA


    Hi guys.

    I've been getting this error message for 5 days now. At first i put it down to the DDOS attacks but things seems to be back to normal now, right?

    Any ideas on a solution would be great, i'm getting withdrawals from GTA Online!

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    Considering the number of people who still have problems, me included, maybe the problem is on Microsoft's end. Have you tried turning your modem off and them on again? Have you checked your detailed Network stats for packet loss?

    I've tried turning the modem off, but I'm not sure about packet loss. I have checked my network stats and everything seemed fine. What am I looking for with the packet loss??

    Just wondering if that was the cause. If it's at 0 then that isn't the issue. I had this happen in Far Cry 4. As of yesterday, I started having intermittent packet loss indicated on my Xbox One.. Today It was back to 0. Is the only game causing this GTA?

    Just done a check and packet loss is at 0%. It also happens to me on FIFA.

    Really not sure what else I can do. 6 days now without online gaming.

    Glad to help. Just wish I could help resolve the problem. I too have been going through various app and connectivity issues. I think this is definitely on Microsoft's end. I was going back and forth with Twitter support the other week saying it was account
    related and they insisted it was connectivity. I think it might be a combination of both but it is not on the end users side.
