    I'm getting the error "We couldn't get your latest saved data. Try again or use this game or app offline."

    I've went through all of the forums and tried all of the steps to no avail.

    There are no xbox updates.

    Restarting my console didn't work.

    Removing my account and re-adding didn't work.

    Going offline/online didn't work.

    Releasing/refreshing DHCP lease didn't work.

    Port forwarding didn't work.

    Has anyone else had the same issue and was able to get it to work a different way?

    Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.
