    "We couldn't get your latest saved data"


    I'm getting this message when minecraft starts and tries to sync... This is a second Xbox, so no local saves. I tried with my main account, and the game syncs and starts right away, so it's just this account.

    I've tried hard reset, and complete factory reset - no help. and my other xbox with my main account is working fine.

    What can I do?

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.
