    "We couldn't get your latest saved data ". Need help please.


    For about 5 months now I've had an data syncing issue with my xbox one. Every single time I try to launch a game or an app an error message pops up saying "we couldn't get your latest saved data". For most people simply powering down the console works. Worst
    case scenario a hard reset or factory reset is necessary. But my case is much more severe, I've had this issue for 5 months and I've gone through three Xbox ones. one of which was brand new out of the box. I've called Microsoft support multiple times and even
    sent the console in for repair to which they sent me a new one and it also has the same issue. That led me to believe that there was a problem with my profile, but there's not, my friend was able to download my profile to his house with no problem. And lastly
    they suggested my network was to blame. I changed network modems and providers, but to no avail. Can anybody help me I've run out of literally every option.

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    This is usually the fix but yours seems to be on a different level for some reason......you could still try it........................go into settings and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you
    remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online
    , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

  6. nope , and different xboxs and different equipment net you the same results... what kind of equipment exactly , could be your just getting different versions of a bad router , is the equipment from your isp or did you by it ?

    anytime it comes from your isp , I get worried ...if its a gateway , I get more worried ...if its an Arris , I don't worry anymore because we found the problem...

  10. There have been more problems with Arris gateways on this forum than I can count... if you want to make sure you could take your xbox to the same friends house where you said your profile worked and see if its good there... if it is then I would give that
    arris back to your isp (you are probably paying $120.00 a year for it) and go and get a modem ONLY not a gate way and a separate router ....Netgear cheapies work VERY well with xbox live , that what I got...

    can you go more into detail. like the modem i should buy, is it a lot of tech to work out. cause i cant waste anymore money

  12. I just went to best buy and got a netgear modem (50 bucks ) and a netgear wrn2000 router (50 bucks).....I would first take yours to your friend and MAKE SURE that is the issue...
