    For the last two or three days i've been getting the "We couldn't get your latest saved data" every time i go to play a game or use an app. I'm connected to the internet and it says my multiplayer connection is good. I've went to offline mode, power cycled
    my Xbox one, and went back online but nothing has worked so far.

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    Go into settings , accounts , and remove your profile (all of them really) and then do a "hard reset" on the xbox AND the modem and router , when it all comes back up . re add your profile...

    I just started getting this as well yesterday, and I've had mine since day one, with no major problems until this. I can't play any of my games or apps, and I get a message that says "We couldn't get your latest save data".
