"We couldn't get your latest saved data" error?

Apps too. Was trying to watch an MLB game and it can't sync.

 

This happened to me right after I updated just now

 

I had the same issue with Battlefield Hardline. I am currently able to get into Destiny.

 

It's not game specific for the problem is effecting all apps and games. I did the hard reset with a complete power cycle but no effect.

After updating neverwinter now I cant sync any game. Or play anything. Hard reset etc. Same error. On a side note when will neverwinter servers be fixed so that your frame rate doesnt drop to windows 98 graphics? :/ always loved xbox but this one has given
me some troubles I never expected.

 

Unfortunately I've had to reinstall all my games after resetting my xbox to factory setting. I'll see if this works. I'll be upset if all my saved data is gone and if I can't get a hold of my pre-order bonuses from the Halo: Master Chief Collection and Dragon
Ball: Xenoverse.

 

I had thought it was just for Halo, but now when I've tried all my other games I'm getting the same issue.

GTA V and Saints row is doing it for me on my 2 xbox's, there only thing i have tryed

 

Well this is annoyingly irritating. I was just on Never-winter doing a dungeon solo thanks X-bone Live Service , whatever happened to being able to actually save game data on flash-drives and not as a "The Cloud" requirement? Personally I hated the 360
Cloud version because it was confusing this Xbox one version is easier to deal with because it's automatic but still it's very unreliable. I've had the system freeze, lock up, had both the controller's (both new) and the headset Not read at all and have internet
connection issues due to the unreliability of the One servers which is ridiculous by the way.

I'm sure every other Xbox Gamer is unhappy right now with their Xbox one service always being jacked up and unreliable . Microsoft take into consideration when I say this, I've been a customer of the Xbox Live for 1/2 a decade and the current service provided
with the functionality of the One is sadly lacking it needs refinement and the sooner the better. I'm being nice when I say this mind you. Oh and a small piece of advice for free to play games give Us the gamers the option to manually save our data.

 

Any update? In dying not playing Neverwinter. Which you have to be online for.

 

Same for me. i thought I was the only one too. I downloaded the latest update for Neverwinter and as soon as I booted it up I got the same issue over and over again, "Syncing data" "Couldn't find latest saved game" etc. At first i thought it was the Neverwinter
update but when I came on here it seems that it's the XBL services yet again

 

Yeah, the support page is definitely updated now, lol...there's a ton of stuff having problems right now

I am currently having this issue with every game I boot up was working fine this morning

 

Has to be a Xbox issue as I am having the same issue on most of my games.
