"We couldn't get your latest saved data" error?

I'm suddenly getting this error every time I try to load up any game today...is this happening for anyone else?

I did some searching and found that this has happened before when Xbox was having some server issues, but it was stated that cloud storage wasn't working on the support page. That isn't the case right now...I'm not seeing any errors on the support page about
this.

Any answers?

Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

Hey Ajfriedrice it just started happening to me too.

 

Just started for me as well..

 

No matter what game I try to play it will say "syncing data for (insert game here) and then it will either try to sync forever or finally say "we couldn't get your last saved data." Is any one else having these issues? I saw former posts about how this
happened when Xbox was having server issues but it says all the servers are up and running. Please help!

 

Welp, glad I'm not alone...but this sucks. At least it def seems like an issue on Microsoft's side. Surprise.

 

Was fine earlier but came back from dinner and nothing syncs. Tried hard reboot, resetting the modem, checked the network settings and tested them getting the "it's all good" for both online and multiplayer connections too. Nothing on the Xbox live status
page. This is bull.

 

Sounds like we're all getting the exact same thing. Surprised there's nothing about this on the support page yet...

 

Came looking for this. A few of my friends haven't gotten this so far. Guess it's isolated somewhat?

 

Having the same issue. Got booted while in game and it wouldn't load again. I powered down, unplugged the unit, deleted my profile , and still it tells me 'syncing data' and fails after 30 seconds...

 

Now I'm showing service issues on my network settings for social and gaming and core services. Why are we having to sync with the cloud to play games? Shouldn't the saves be on the hard drive?

 

if you just click use offline you can still play online. I got NHL to work for me.

same thing is happening to me but my brother in the room next to me is ok no problems..
