    This problem started on Monday, I would say. It seems to happens on every app and game. I can select the "Use Offline" option and it does allow me to play the app/game. The problem is it acts as if I'm offline, so it makes it difficult to be able to join
    a xbox or game party.

    "We couldn't get your latest saved data" error

    I'm getting this error constantly when launching any game. I've already done the following:

    Check the service status. Microsoft says it's fine.

    Signed out of my profile and signed back in.

    Tested the network connection. Xbox says it's all good.

    Hard rebooted the console.

    Error still shows up constantly. How can I fix this?

    This fixed it for me:

    THIS WORKED:

    (Props to JJBDude48)

    1.Go to settings, then network and go to offline mode

    2.Restart console via snap menu

    3.Sign out of any profiles (if instant sign-in is on)

    4.Go to settings, then network and go back to online mode

    5.Open a game

    6.Let the game force you to sign in to your profile

    7.Should be all fixed, enjoy

  6. I had the same issue as OP, Profilik6's method worked for me and got me accessing save data.

    Not sure if its a permanent fix, or a do it everytime thing though

    This is a known problem for some users.

    There is currently a dashboard update for preview members to test that should fix this issue.

    If you are in the preview program then make sure you have fully updated the console.

    If you are not in the preview then you will just have to wait until they release the fix to everyone
