    Each game i try to play is coming up with error message "we couldn't get your latest save data"

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    We couldn't get your latest save data

    Start with the basic hard reset of the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the console powers down completely. Then wait a couple of minutes and power it back on. Test for results.

    If that doesn't work try removing and re-downloading your profile. Let us know your results.

    I experienced the same problem ("we couldn't get your latest save data"). The hard reset of the console did not work.

    Your suggestion to remove the profile and re-download it put me on the right track, but I couldn't find any profile menu items to do exactly that. Instead, I logged out of my profile, logged back in, provided my Xbox Live account password, and everything
    started working again. Thanks for taking the time to write the tip, since it helped me figure out what I needed to do!

  7. I have had this Xbox for a little over a month now and I have had this issue since I've plugged in my Xbox I still get this error

    NAT type: Open

    Region : US

    Game : every game or app i load all have the same issue.

    Detailed Network Stats:

    Download Speed - 24.40Mbps

    Upload Speed - 6.11 Mbps

    Packet Loss - 0%

    MTU - 1480

    Latency - 79ms

    Preview program : Yes
