    I have been getting this error randomly lately. I read a post earlier and it stated that it was resolved. Im still having the problem.

    Lately I've been having a problem where whenever I try to start a game I get an error that says "We couldn't get your latest saved data". There are two options below the error one says "try again" and "use offline". If I try again the same thing happens
    and if I go offline then I can't play games such as Overwatch which requires me to be online. I've looked at many posts and many recommend a hard reset. I've done about 20 hard resets and the same error shows up. Are there any things I can do to fix this.

    Hi

    This is currently a known issue that the Engineering team are working on. Hopefully it won't be long before its get restored.

    Try going into settings> Network settings> Advanced settings and the alternate port selection. Put into manual and choose one of the two last ports. That worked out for me, i hope it does with you aswell

    I have the same problem, i’ve tried removing my proffile from the console, hard-reseting it, reseting it keeping my games and apps, and power cycling it. However nothing has worked so far and its been like this for two days already

    Hi Juuzou L XIII Except a problem on your side (internet connect), remember you have two save slot. On the console and the other one on-line
    with cloud services. Have u try to restart your console or something else ? I'm sorry, i can't send you to the correct support page to help, it seems Xbox Support have a problem here. ( https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status )

    Try logging out, clear the console cache, log in again, maybe it will work. Were you playing offline? If not, something has corrected your data because the saves are saved in your account by the cloud.
