Joining other Xbox Live members in online games

Managing friends lists and tracking what friends are doing

Sending text messages to other Xbox Live members

Unlocking achievements

Viewing achievements

Any idea on how long it might take to fix? Because last time the friends list went down it was for 2 days...

Ha so the problem is that you can't do anything on your One. As like every Tuesday it seems that it has once again become a glorified paper weight. Sure I can play games offline but I want to play the NEW games I have with friends and once again Microsoft
can't deliver. You'd think after a year they would have fixed the train wreck that is the software for the one but hey I guess not.

 

How do they even let this happen? The only function my xbox has that can be of use to me now is the off button because nothing good can come out of having it on.

be back on here to complain about the constant nightmare that is X-Box One and X-Box live.

 

Getting real tried of the constant screw ups with the xbox one, I'm about ready to get rid of it and try a ps4 and if that doesn't work right then stick with PC

lol by "We'll update you again in 30 minutes." they mean we'll change the time that the page was last updated from 8:31 to 9:14 and leave the we'll update you again in 30 minutes message. Glad to know someone on the team spent the time to go and basically
refresh the page instead of fixing the issue. It reminds me of that "I'll be there in five minutes, if not read this again" text.

 

Quit saying sorry for the inconvenience Dylan, it's a joke to say microsoft is sorry.They already have our money, I doubt they could care less how inconvenient things are for us. If they really were, they compensate everyone with about a week of free gold

They are pushing out an update now that fixes the issue. Manually update if you do not get the auto update.

 

Ummmm no.... not sure where you got that info.

They fixed the issue, but the update they pushed was to fix party chat issues. Nothing to do with live server back-end.
