we couldnt get your last saved data.

on any account when i click CoD Advanced Warfare it tries to sync data from it then says we couldnt get your last saved data. I tried restarting my xbox hard restarting it signing out killing the game and just about everything that usually fixes stuff for
this console but nothings working. HELP?!?!

Since yesterday i get "we couldnt get your last saved data" error and cannot play any game right now.

Tried different accounts - all the same

Tried Factory Reset - did not work

Tried the system recovery tool - did not work

I dont know what to do but atm i can not use the console.

Xbox Support said - contact Preview Forums they send me a update file...

Seriously the Support is really bad at this point.

Saying go there and find yourself help without any link or any advice is just bullcrap.

Pretty annoyed right now.

Just got this issue as well but with Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor.

 

Just got booted from destiny, tried ac unity. same. friends and pins also not loading.

 

Just tried the Network connection test and it said everything is fine. However, holding but bumpers and triggers for the detailed network statistics show error code 0x40000000000 with the message "You need to be online to see network statistics.

So, looks like Xbox Live is having some issues.

 

Yeah same thing for me, cant load save data for sunset overdrive and my friends list is gone. All my pins have disappeared as well.

 

Same thing. I tried Titanfall, CODAW, and Halo. Friends list and pins not showing up either.

 

Yea same thing is happening to me. Tried AC: Unity, Halo, Destiny and Far Cry all with the same result. Even the apps i have tried it has been doing the same thing.

 

Yep, add me to this list! Why does this always happen after work? Why not during the day? LOL Anyways, none of my games can sync their data, and my pins and friends list are not there. Tried clearing the persistent data on the blu-ray, and have done several
hard-resets, to no avail. Hopefully it's just a Live server hiccup.

 

I cant sync data on anything from my games to twitch and you tube. Its annoying cause everytime I start up you tube I have to retype in search what I want. I think this is a error on microsofts end. Their cloud server is on the fritz and lets hope they know
about it.

for Unity, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, friend is having it with Sunset Overdrive

I can get into Destiny but it just has an eternal "Waiting for party stabilization" message on screen

Also says it can't display my friends list right now

Tried googling it and the last thread related to this was unanswered, with one mod telling everyone to make a new thread so they could make specifically tailored responses for each individuals problem.. without answering OP's question...

along with my first post im also having the same troubles as you guys like the friends app and my party isnt working and such. just glad im not the only one with these problems!

 

My pins are back! No games yet though. Shouldn't be long now.
