I got signed in finally but still can't connect to Xbox live. Service status page has had the same message since 4:50pm. So no updates for about 3 hours . Makes me feel a little better knowing their competition does this twice as much lol. Still unacceptable.
Get on it Xbox team.

Xbox one is having issues with its server and they are working hard to fix this issue, please give them time as this may be a hack, but most likely, the Titanfall players overloaded the cloud servers so yeah, don't worry, it will be fixed soon.

Same problem here. Wont sign me into xbox live on my x1. Sounds like loads of people having the same issue.

 

GRRRRRR I want to play destiny its the only time i get to play. do any of you guys have a rough idea of when we will be up and going again. if you've had the issue in the past how long has it taken or are the Microsoft lot all in bed at this time haha

Why are my services so poor lately? Within the last month I have had connection issues and now I can't sign in. I am considering moving to ps4. Your "internal" problems are becoming ridiculous in a paying customers point of view. Please explain to me why
your service has been so bad but yet I spend money for it???? I want atleast 2-3 weeks for free. These connection issues are aggravating to say the least.

 

So...i pay for this service... A service that can't let me play ... Realy?! 3 *** hours !?!?!?

 

I know you feel, but it's not our fault, it is usually by restarting servers or hacker attacks ...

 

How about an ETA xbox. Typical for you guys to be down for 2+ hours without saying a word, except for, go to support to see when its working!

 

ok why does xbox live have an issue every week or so i dont understand? this is irritating. i cant sign in to my profile so i pretty much cant do anything. does playstation or pc have this many issues? i know they do but not as much as xbox does. we pay
for a service that goes down all the time and its not like we can get our money back or else our xboxs are just useless really. so we spend money on a console then money on game and then on live and we cant even use it? i think microsoft needs to get better
servers or get better teams to keep it running PROPERLY. i hope im not the only one who feels this way. sorry about the rant but lets be serious if a server at a restruant gave me this kind of service, i might stiff them or at the very least a crappy tip

 

Back online. If your not try going offline in network settings and reconnecting. Once I saw people getting on that's what I had to do. Good luck all.

Ridiculous. If anyone with any authority is reading this, I want you to know that you are doing a terrible job. There is simply no excuse for an outage of this long. Plain and simple unacceptable.

 

when i turned my Xbox one on it told me to sign in using a controller and when I selected my profile the message "We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check you account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x87DD0004" so I tried
to wait and log in a few times and the message is still there so I'm trying the other option now. Some info would be nice. Thanks, xBRKx KONY
