I mean by the logic going around here we might as well say they aren't free on the 360 either since you have to buy a system to play them. You need to then buy a tv. After that you need to pay electric bills to us both of them On a monthly basis.

For the record I'm not complaining about the games with gold. I've downloaded almost every one, except that pinada one.I haven't had enough time to play them all yet, my hard drive is running out of space.

But I can see the people who have Xbox ones point when they set they feel cheated, or more left out than cheated. They spend the money to get the latest and greatest, and the 360 games have been way better. But maybe that's because the one's game library
isn't nearly as large for right now.

I don't understand why the free games have to be for six year olds. Most of them look like they come off the regular nintendo.

You know that NES is not able to do 3-D at 1080P. And not able to day any thing that is stander in today games. More the line you thinking is Wii and not the NES.

I disagree with the 'Levels' system your talking about. Microsoft should treat ALL of their paying customers with the same respect and should give back to the community that made them the success they are today.

I ask a friend of mine if he is going to download Bioshock this month.

He said, but that is $60.

The ToS for X1 will likely explain that you can't access GWG games without a subscription. You own them though, and you didn't pay for any of them. Your issue is with ownership/access on X1, not with what you're getting free, or what you've paid for - or
what you think you're paying for with a Gold sub.

You're not paying for games.

And no, online gaming is part of the subscription fee. You can't buy server access from the online store at a RRP of 49.99. There's no party package and multiplayer features going for 39.99. The games you're getting...

... have value, and a cost, and you're not being asked to pay for them. Free. You're getting them free, while Silver members are paying real money for them, and when their time as GWGs is up - they cost money again. They're no longer free.

Access to them has nothing to do with whether you paid for them or not. That's a separate issue. Heh ha. You didn't pay for them. You got them for nowt. Nata. Nothing.

On July 11th, 7-11 gives away free slurpees. I guess the IF there is IF you go into the store, you get one... But that IF doesn't require any money to be spent.

Anyway it's all up to interpretation, neither is wrong here

This tread will never be more than constant arguing. It's all how we each define the definition "free."

Personally, I don't see anything that has an IF statement as being truly free. To me, getting that free order of fries is not free, as you have to spend money to get the deal. But to each his own
