    Back to where I cant turn it on again

    New router

    Both computer and xbox one hard wired to router

    Get request timed out when pinging IP address of xbox one while its in standby mode (white light on power brick)

    Have you tried clearing and restarting via controller in settings/network/advanced settings/Alt MAC

    I have tried clearing and restarting multiple times but that has not resolved the issue

    We can't turn on your console

    This worked for me but then it too has stopped. So it was only a temp fix

    1) change power-on to Eco-Friendly.

    2) restart

    3) change power-on to Instant-On

    4) Restart

    Same issue here. There are a bunch of these threads with a lot of replies, so it seems like a lot of people are having this problem. I went out and bought a windows 10 PC to use the xbox one streaming feature, but without being able to turn on the console
    it's pretty useless. MS: PLEASE look into this.
