    We can't sync your data with the cloud right now.


    I was using the most recent version of MS Flight Simulator on my Windows 10 OS build 19042.985 PC.

    I changed the primary alias of my Microsoft account and now MS Flight Simulator doesn't work.

    When the game is launched I get the following message:


    We can't sync your data with the cloud right now. [​IMG]


    I click on LET'S PLAY and get this message:


    We can't sync your data with the cloud right now. [​IMG]


    I get the same messages whether I launch from within the xBox app or from the Windows Start menu.

    If I change the primary alias of my Microsoft account back to what it was when I installed MSFS, then the messages go away and everything runs fine. I change back to my new primary alias and the messages come back.

    I have tried logging out and back in to the xbox app.

    I have tried logging out and back in to the MS Store through the xbox app.

    How do I get MSFS to run under my new primary alias?

    Does this happens on all games? Are you playing the games on Xbox app? Have you checked the network status on your PC? Have you tried a different network?

    A corrupted data may cause your game not to sync properly. If you haven't already, try the following solutions to troubleshoot the issue:
