I try to sign into xbox on the xbox app but it always says we cant sign you into xbox live I am trying everything and it will not work

Why cant I sign in?????

For some reason, when I try to sign in to an xbox account, it always says "We cant sign you into xbox live. Try again in a while."

I waited until the next day, still didn't work!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

Have you tried to do a hard xbox restart, turn off the xbox and unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and turn it back on. See if that helps!

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
