This has been happening for the last little bit and it keeps not allowing me to sign in for some reason someone please help. It says to check service status and everyone is good on the xbox servers now so thats not it.

i checked the status and its back up and running but the exact same thing is still happening to me i still cant log in.

I am having the same issue and i do not have a PC how do i solve this without it.

If after the service alert users are still experiencing issues with signing in, we recommend
trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the
console, reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.
