"we can't show this right now" error

If I click on my profile and go to captures, I get this error:



I cannot share images to my activity feed either. I upload them to Xbox Live, but when I click the "share" button and then click "share to activity feed", I get the same error, and it never shows up in my feed:

[Windows 10 Xbox App] "We can't show this right now"

Every time I try to share pictures I've taken using the Xbox Game DVR on my PC, I always get an "We can't show this right now" error.

All of my Xbox One pictures are shared instantly, but none of the pictures taken on PC Xbox DVR will ever share. They are uploaded to Xbox Live easily enough, but every time I try to share them so it appears on my wall so friends can see it, it just gives
me the "We can't show this right now" error.

I've seen people say to download the Xbox (Beta) app. Did so, and still the same thing. Is anyone else getting this error???

 

XBOX Music Does Not Sync Across Devices

For whatever reason I am not able to get XBOX Music content to actually show up across my devices: Surface RT and desktop with Win 8 Pro. I get an error message on the desktop and Surface that says the following:

"Can't sync right now. We can't sync with XBOX Music Cloud right now. Until we do, changes you make here won't show up on other devices and changes on those devices won't show up here. We'll keep trying."

Error code: 1010190

I've had this problem for well over a week now. I've called XBOX Support and posted to answers.microsoft.com and no one is able to figure this out.

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps using the link below. This can help remove problem with an app from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: Check for updates for apps and game from Microsoft Store.

Step 3: Reset Xbox app settings:

1. Click Start and click Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Apps & features.
4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset.
6. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
7. Launch the Xbox app.
