    Hello,

    I try to buy a game since 5 days and i have an error message, that says "we can't process your payment". I don't have problems with my credit card and my xbox live account is not banned, the support on twitter doesn't answer so.. could you help me please
    ?

    The game is a DLC in promotion for only few days and because I can't buy it, I can't participate to an event (for few days too) and can't get the rewards.

    I saw on the twitter account that i'm not the only one so... help !

    Hey Writer,

    In order to request a call back from xbox support please use
    this link as stated above.


    Select Billing, and then select "No Thanks" to the virtual agent. That way you can speak to an Xbox agent directly regarding this billing issue

    I already did it, that's why I said I don't have problems with my credit card and the message says that the problem comes from their side.

    The hours of operation in central time is 7am - 12pm Monday through Friday and 7am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday

    Let us know if the time zone is different since we do have other phone numbers that our support can be reached at.

  12. But if I remove my payment, what about my xbox live gold subscription ? If the problem is buying something, i won't be able to buy it again and i won't be able to play.

    Even if i can buy my subscription, i will have to pay it again ?

    You also have the option to go to your local store, grocery store or game store and purchase a Microsoft currency card and just

    load the money onto it.. and redeem it onto your Microsoft account to be able to make the purchase. Also, I agree with the

    comments above about speaking to an actual Xbox Live voice agent so they can get into your Microsoft billing account and see

    what the issue is with your payment instrument. Follow the link below to set up a call back from an actual agent

    Sorry to hear it. If support are unable to assist then you should contact your bank to find out if there are any blocks on the card. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already you should look into setting up a paypal account for your purchases.

    They were experiencing an issue with this last night, but I believe it is fixed.

    Make sure your payment method on your microsoft account is up to date etc.

    If all else fails, you should reach out to support.
