    What does that mean?

    My credit card works but I keep getting this message and I have tried everything even contacted the Support and they said that this issue was out of reach for them to handle so what do I need to do?

    Need help ASAP !

    Contact Us


    The hours of operation in central time is 7am - 12pm Monday through Friday and 7am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday

    Let us know if the time zone is different since we do have other phone numbers that our support can be reached at.

    Sorry to hear it. If support are unable to assist then you should contact your bank to find out if there are any blocks on the card. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already you should look into setting up a paypal account for your purchases.

    profile
    information is consistent and complete with those described in your payment method (examples: city of residence, address, etc..)

    I have done that and the bank says it should work and even set up an paypal account but its still not working.

    But if I remove my payment, what about my xbox live gold subscription ? If the problem is buying something, i won't be able to buy it again and i won't be able to play.

    Even if i can buy my subscription, i will have to pay it again ?

    They were experiencing an issue with this last night, but I believe it is fixed.

    Make sure your payment method on your microsoft account is up to date etc.

    If all else fails, you should reach out to support.
