    Was working ok and all of a sudden payments have been stopped. I've been on online chat ... gave up... I've been on the telephone.... gave up. I've been waiting on a call back from the technical team for a long time even though it was meant to
    be two minutes.


    I've added removed and added different payment methods - all valid and I get this message.

    Please help me 'clear' what ever is blocked on my account as Microsoft haven't helped me so far.....

    Communicate with your bank, they may be rejecting the purchase.

    Hi Captain !

    I'm sorry to hear it's been a hassle to process any payments.

    In this case I would highly recommend to contact Live Support since here in the forums we don't have access to the accounts to figure out what is blocking any payments to be processed.

    I understand it's been tough to get a callback, unfortunately with the new set up it's been a work around on the time frame it gives. Just give it another go, that way everything can be resolved for you.

    The best way to reach Live Support would be here: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category(Games)
    and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    Sorry to hear it. If support are unable to assist then you should contact your bank to find out if there are any blocks on the card. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already you should look into setting up a paypal account for your purchases.

    But if I remove my payment, what about my xbox live gold subscription ? If the problem is buying something, i won't be able to buy it again and i won't be able to play.

    Even if i can buy my subscription, i will have to pay it again ?
