We can't join any private clubs anymore on Xbox One

After a week of trying and 2 hours chatting with customer service we found out that we can not join any private clubs anymore all of them gave errors with the sad face, and we think it's a world wide problem. Please check if you can open up any Club that
is Private so this problem can be solved very quick.

Normally you could ask for an invite but even that is not possible anymore.

Please Help

Unnecessary "Innapropriate Language" block.

I was playing Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox One. I decided to create a club with this description. "This club is based on one from FH1 called 'Euro Racing Car Club.' The club is still going strong and it's all thanks to the leaders and GERMANMINECART.
We will all keep this club great!" If we can't put "club" in a description for a club than I can't handle this anymore. I have no idea if that is it or not. Please inform me of the issue.

Can't join any club

Hi, I've got problem with my Xbox account.

I can't join any club. When I click the "Request invitation" button on the club page on my phone, there is a message which says "There was a problem with your account. For more information log in to

http://Xbox.com ." When I click the "Request invitation" button on the club page on PC, nothing is happening. My account is connected with my father's account. We checked Xbox One Online Safety settings on the

http://account.xbox.com page and "You can create and join clubs" option is allowed for my account.

Hi Bindzus,

Thanks for reaching out to us! When
creating a club, there are the options to make it Public, Private and Hidden. Once the selection is made, there is no set limit for the amount of people that can join. The only thing that would block people from joining is if the club is Private or Hidden
because it is invite only at that point. Try to make the club Public then see if it still has problems letting others join.

FH4 use the XBOX Club System. I also was not a memeber of any "INGAME" H4 club and got the message, but I was member of 10 XBOX Clubs. I cancel to be a member of one clubs. After this, I was able to join one of the H4 "INGAME" clubs. And after this I also
was able to join another XBOX Club.

So try to cancel a XBOX Club Membership to join after this a H4 "INGAME" Club

Hey BaumBurrito2504, Thanks for reaching out to us today.

There have been a few users experiencing a couple of issues join clubs for FH4 since the early access launch.

For troubleshooting purposes, I suggest trying to join clubs not within the game but straight from the Xbox app itself.

Also, I suggest trying to join clubs for another game so we can see if it's all clubs or just for FH4.

If your club is visible to everyone, then any content posted is shared within Xbox Live. As Pandy Yato states, we are responsible for our actions and content that can be seen and heard, within Xbox Live and if reported you will get investigated and enforcement
action if necessary.

The tools are there to make a private club, that only members that are invited to can see. Again though, we are still responsible for any content posted, even in a private club.
