We can't get refunds on pre-orders?

Yes I thought it was strange that the full 39.99 was immediately taken out of my account balance. I replied to the email/ticket with this information. Now just waiting for a response.

It won't let me cancel it because it was already charged to my account. Therefor, requiring a refund process. Which wasn't successful.

transaction history in the Microsoft website. We recommend locating the pre-order in the list of transaction and attempting to cancel the pre-order from there. Once the pre-order has been canceled, you can go ahead and pre-order the digital deluxe version
of Icebourne. Be sure to let us know the results!

Thank you for that response, when you are looking at the transaction in your purchase history is it already showing up as a completed purchase? A pre order should not be billed till 10 days before the game is released unless you used Microsoft Currency as
the payment method. You can find more info on:

If it is indeed already billed then I would advise that you respond to the email that was sent out to you in response to the refund request so that you can dispute the decision. If you are unable to reach the agent then you can also
Contact Xbox Support for further assistance.
