we can't access your avatar

TRANSFERRING achievements/downloads to a new profile ?

Also, I forgot to mention. Avatar items are the only things that can't be access that way. If you want any avatar items you previously had on your new account you would have to repurchase them.

Hello, I apologize, but it's not possible to sign in to your avatar. Are you having trouble accessing the avatar editor, can't sign in to your Xbox Account? Please be more specific with your question so we can offer the best support for you.

Yesterday I bought 1 avtaar but it does nit show upon my phone, and the avtaar which is already on my phone how to buy bike dog over there, because when I go to buy that it says u do not have sufficient point.

It sounds like you may be using Windows Phone 7?

That is still set up to work with Microsoft Points as the currency, which has since been discontinued. If you use the web marketplace for purchasing avatar items you should not run into any issues and it will transfer across to your WP7 device,
provided you are using the same account across all processes and devices.
