we buy game but we cant save or profile doesnt see

who cares? we have the option to BUY in game money... money doesnt matter. your rank does. cant use the money until you rank up anyways

It still says buy now for me, and that we cant keep ANY progress that we saved from our old accounts

I have done all of these - i did all of these before making my way to the forums. Deleted profile, cleared the cache through cycling the power and then re-added the profile and it still doesnt work. Im also getting “Sorry, we cant save your changes right
now. Tey again in a while.” When i try to change profile items or add new friends......

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We understand your save file is corrupt and cant get rid of the error. There is a save file on the cloud, this one could be why you keep getting this error. However, if we delete the cloud save it is possible
you could have to start over. On Apex though I do think it is also saved on the game server as well. To delete the cloud save, you will go to my games and apps>highlight Apex legends>hit the start or menu button> go to manage game. Then go down to save data>
you will see a reserved save and your profile save>hit A on your profile save> select delete from everywhere.

We cannot see what items he has, cant see what is in his hands, cant see to place blocks, etc, no plus mark, cant turn around. We have spoken to Microsoft. The profile is not the problem or the device. It is only with Minecraft.
