    We better be reimbursed for our lost time!


    I know i speak for a lot of people that don't get to play every day or even every weekend. An outage like this doesn't just inconvenience us, for some of us it ruins a fulls days plans that we were looking forward to and planned all month. It's ludicrous
    that an outage like this has lasted this long, we're talking hours at this point and the silence from microsoft's end is deafening.

    Bu88Lez3314 That's exactly how almost everyone feels, I also think its absolutely unfair that the time we BOUGHT to be able to play LIVE was taken away. Even though they are getting hacked, we STILL should get "Payed Back" our gold or more! I've been trying
    to play for more than 6 hours and have been getting kicked off continuously. And its extremely annoying. I know its because of the hackers but we should still be reimbursed for that time we lost... (I said that twice)

    Unfortunately, when a ban is issued...ALL items (Gold, Currency and Marketplace purchases) are forfeit entirely. Your friend will not be reimbursed for the lost Gold time.

    Some people had trouble signing in for about 2-3 hours.

    As Jayadub said,you aren't entitled to any reimbursement & if you were how much do think you'd get? It'd be less than 1 pence/1 cent.

    You only speak for yourself.99.9% of people realise that online services will have issues at some point,nothing can stop that.
