    I think the main installation is done of the Delux PC game. Its paid for and appears in my MS account. I have logged into my Xbox account with same email and Im able to launch it from there too but this is with the option of "incuded with Game pass". The
    "I own this" option is not enabled. Surely if I have bought it it should be because "I own it" not a "game pass". Perhaps this is the mix up.

    However it get as far as the logo screens and the screen with click any ket to continue. It then pops up with a dialogue stating "We are unable to sync your data with the cloud". It offers "play off line" or "try again" options.

    The First option takes me to the accessibility options. After that it changes to the checking for updates window. It just sits there. No network resources or disk are being used, just CPU, GPU and memory.

    The latter option on try again does nothing.

    It seems to be mixed up in some way.

    My data sync was stuck at 100% and then said that they "were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now". So I would suggest that this is not just a Turn 10 problem Evoded and it may be worth speaking to support again.
