    I have had this problem for the last few days, it gets anywhere from 1%-60% before failing and coming up with the "We are unable to sync your data with the cloud just now, try again or go offline 80004005", i have done everything possible to sort this issue.
    it started after i did a factory reset on my console a few days ago (to do with more ongoing issues with this overpriced piece of plastic). All my games are installed to a external HDD which was disconnected when i did the reset and all the games have booted
    and run fine, i can still access online gameplay and everything else, i just have to start the game as though i never played (having to change all the settings back and go through tutorials again) and its fustrating the hell out of me, i have tried chat and
    all they wanted was network statistics which the connection is perfect and i have no problems connecting to online games ie BF4. Twitter support was useless as i am still waiting for help and it is going on 24 hours now and no reply so this is my last option
    before i set fire to this POS.

  3. Cloud Sync seems to be having a serious problem

    I should have said I get the same error as Wolverine - the 80004005 "we were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now"

    Same issue, been trying for days now. It just won't sync and always fails eventually.

    It could be that sense theres a new update to the system to upgrade it to windows 10 that the cloud is messing up. When did this start to happen?

  6. Same, been a month now replaced everything and have troubleshooted everything. Somethings up with cloud yet support points fingers at ISP.

    Have you tried to do a hard restart by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds while its on?

    ^ no offence but im 100% sure thats the first thing everybody does when there is an issue, i have done this multiple times. I have replaced my xbox recently just to make sure, i have replaced everything that needs replacing. Its something on xbox lives side
    and im as puzzled as you are but cmon atleast post a solution over a guess answer.

    Last thing you can try before contacting a xbox offical staff is to try a factory restore

  11. Have been having this issue since I had to clear local saved games. Every single game I have does not sync to the cloud except games like Outlast or Peggle. Which, i assume don't use much of the cloud storage. I tried literally everything, from Holding down
    the power button and disconnecting the power bar to Factory reset. About anything you could think of in between those two things has been done and still my games don't sync...

    *** FIX THIS XBOX SUPPORT.

    Data Syncing Problems!?

    My data sync was stuck at 100% and then said that they "were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now". So I would suggest that this is not just a Turn 10 problem Evoded and it may be worth speaking to support again.
