    I've been trying to sign into among us recently. But whenever I try it says the title, then underneath "Your account doesn't match your dev envoirment, if your in the right sandbox or envoirment switch to a Microsoft account for that sandbox. To keep using this account, change the registry's sandbox and envoirment." I don't know what to do. If you went through this problem too, be it Among us or a totally different game, please help- I have no idea what a envoirment or a sandbox is heeeeeeelp

    I suggest keeping tabs on the Xbox Live Status through the website or other forms like Twitter so you know when this issue is fixed, sorry you are going through this hope all goes well soon!

    Trying to log into the Xbox app but it comes up with that error code and it’s been saying try again later it’s been like 2 months
    Ok, so it doesn't let you in the app to check the Network tab under settings in the app?

    If that's the case there are a few things we want to try, in this order:

    1) First thing to try is to reset the app. If you go to Settings > Apps and then find the Xbox app in the list, click "Advanced Options". From there scroll down a bit and select "Reset" Let it go through that process, should be quick, and then restart
    your computer and try again.

    2) Uninstall the app, by right clicking it in the Start menu and selecting "Uninstall". From there, reboot your computer again, and then open the Store, search for Xbox and install the app again.

    3) If you still can't sign in, then open up "services" from your start menu search (you might need to type "services.msc" to see it, depends on the computer settings) and let me know what it says under "Status" and "Startup Type" for the services "Xbox Live
    Auth Manager" as well as "Xbox Live Networking Services"

    Hello, I'm a different person with the same exact issue, and for my status and startup type both have no status and are both disabled. Please respond as fast as possible for I am trying to play my new game Sea of Thieves. Thank you.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account
    pc issue if it was my xbox i would try that first

    first 2 didnt work i cant uninstall for some reason no clue y

    both of them say running / manual
