    We are unable to find microphone for these players!


    If anyone can help, xbox one, have tried 2 controllers and 3 head sets. Message comes up and can hear or chat in at party. Have done all updates on controllers and factory reset on console. Have synced controller and console no joy, have turned everything
    off on disconnected everything.

    Hi there Damien,

    Thanks for the reply. In reference to a work around to the issue with the 3rd party headset is to use the Microsoft Wireless adapter for the Xbox One controller. This adapter helps convert the 3rd party 3.5m jack connection. Currently, our team is working
    on the solution.

    Hello are do your controllers have the built in audio jack or are you using an audio adapter to plug your headsets into the controllers? If it is the same audio adapter used on both controllers that might be the issue.

    Thanks logged with Microsoft, have been told there is an issue with many headsets and mic! My problem has been issued and logged and may be sorted in 1 to 2 months if Microsoft do an update! Not amused, the only headset they can guarantee to work is their
    own. So no fix possible at the min!

    Standard xbox one controllers that come with console, turtle beach, and xbox head sets used, this problem has started about a month or so. It did work before. Does that make sense?
