We are pass the 15, where is my credit deposit?

I purchase a qualifying Xbox one S in December 2016, my points were added on January 3rd, 2017 and we are now after one of the deposit day, the 15, but nothing? Why do deposit never seem to happen on the prescribed date? I mean if there's a threshold date
that the point need to be in before to qualify for the next deposit, it should be clear in your FAQ what it is! Beside it's kind of nagging to log into the rewards and see these point sitting there when the deposit date come and go.

On another note specific to this offer, it is somewhat lame that I upgrade to a new Xbox One and can't benefit from those credit early to help me fill in some games on add-ons to it. I mean really these should come quick so your customer can appreciate their
new console ever more. Great that I have an Xbox360 library but I am sure the point of the offer was for use to move up to Xbox One and enjoy some 'new' stuff, no?

TLDR: Got a qualifying product for 50,000 credit on Dec 2016, credit added Jan 3, 2017 and deposit date is now in the past and yet my credit are not deposited.

Wondering where my $15 promo credit is?

I purchased XBOX Live gold on 6/28/15 and was supposed to receive a $15 promo code for doing so. I had to chat with Xbox Live support who couldn't do anything but forward me to here. So what do I need to do to finally receive my $15 code? I paid with
a visa.

Since the credits were pending on the 3rd, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 26th.

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

Thanks, it is not ideal but much clearer than the official FAQ if this is how the system really works. That should be updated as per the quote below it lead people to believe that once you have >5000 credit on your account you get them by the following 15
or 30, not the cycle after if they were there by which ever date come first.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

The Credits were placed as pending into your account yesterday, which is within the expected 15 days. You may wish to check your MyStatement on your MyRewards page, where the Credits are displayed as pending. They should be converted and deposited into your
account with the end of month deposit.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you only had 2115 Credits at the end of October, no deposit was scheduled. In fact, we see that you only had 17,049 Credits at the end of November, which is where we dated your
payback for that month. Since pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, this will not be deposited until the mid-December deposit. Additionally, you can review all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, where you can see your Credit events.
