We are not sure what is wrong error message

The error message that comes across has a lot of zeros something like 0x000000000000100 or some *Mod Removed*. Everything else is hooked up to wireless connection except my xbox one. It would be nice if this didn't happen all the *Mod Removed* time.

Xbox Forums Guidelines. Can you give us more information about the issue at hand what exactly are you trying to do when the error comes up? What does the error message say? Please give us a bit more information to determine how to best assist you.

We did try to turn off his console and back on, that did not seem to help. Yes the option to use the balance on his Microsoft account appears, and we click on it, it would say oops something went wrong, we’re not sure what happened. The error code on the bottom of the message does change.

OK, reposting the status message won't tell anyone on the forums what is wrong, the only information we can work with as far as error messages goes is the message that is displayed when you hit "more info".

Even if your connection comes back with no errors at all the status message will still be there.

Is it telling you that the password is wrong?

Are you getting an error message If so what is the error message saying?
