    Hello,

    I am a victim of harassment and hacking on my console, my console it boots or freeze by players of my connection to the xboxlive can play the game. Despite complaints deposits and reports the players continues without being worried.

    This situation makes it impossible for me to fully enjoy my console and the xboxlive. I therefore ask you either to refund my xboxlive subscription because you do not respect your general conditions of use or you can change my Gamertag to stop all harassment
    and boot.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. The best thing to do is continue to report and block them. If they make other accounts keep doing the same thing. As there is not much we can do here on the forums, and there isn't a way to contact enforcement
    directly. If it continues and gets bad enough or feel threatened you can get the local authorities involved. You can review the

    "how do I"     section of the enforcement site.

    As others have suggested, for this I'd recommend contacting local law enforcement, as this harassment is no longer restricted to Xbox.
