    I believe the feature to be dev-side at this moment. It is possible on Xbox but I've not seen anyone outside of a dev perform it. Too bad but also somewhat expected. I can see very terrible use of this feature.

    I see. I believe it's your router that has the issue. There are some routers that do not perform correctly especially the feature uPnP which is an important feature for gaming connectivity. The other option we can try is port forwarding instead. You may refer to the link I provided above.
